The Right Fit As a Remote Real Estate Contract Administrator, you will report directly to team leadership and act as a central support resource for the entire group. You will manage contracts, client communications, and marketing coordination while keeping operations running smoothly. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preference is given to candidates with real estate experience or knowledge of related industries.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to client inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving initiative
- Preparing, proofreading, and managing contracts, correspondence, and documentation
- Maintaining and updating property information, activity reports, and client records
- Coordinating marketing activities including listings, social media, and advertising campaigns
- Scheduling and liaising with vendors such as lawyers, lenders, photographers, and videographers
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
- Supporting leadership and team members with day-to-day operational tasks
What You Bring To The Table
- Post-secondary education in business, administration, or legal studies preferred
- Previous experience in real estate, agriculture, or a related professional services industry is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and digital document management
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment while staying connected to team workflows
- Proven problem-solving skills and capacity to manage competing deadlines
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
