About the role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager with expertise in M&A Infrastructure to lead technical infrastructure initiatives related to company acquisition activities. The role requires experience managing infrastructure projects, including server patching, endpoint management, email tenant migrations, networking, and file share migrations to SharePoint. The ideal candidate will possess strong project planning, leadership, technical aptitude, and communication skills, with the ability to lead project teams and present to executive leadership and SteerCo meetings.
Roles & Responsibilities Build and maintain comprehensive project plans covering all acquisition-related technical activities Plan, monitor, and manage tasks across full company acquisition integrations into a new parent company Manage technical infrastructure projects end-to-end Manage and track server patch schedules and monitor completion rates Oversee the rollout of Endpoint Management tools Schedule and manage Email Tenant migrations Manage networking and file share migrations to SharePoint Demonstrate sufficient technical aptitude to ask the right questions and validate that deliverables meet expectations
Experience / Qualifications Prior experience managing M&A infrastructure integrations Demonstrated leadership presence with experience running SteerCo meetings and presenting to executive-level stakeholders
Skills / Competencies Clear, concise communication style with both technical and non-technical audiences Proven ability to lead and guide project teams to meet deliverables and drive tasks to completion
