##Summary

The role is responsible for End User Computing (EUC) infrastructure with a strong focus on managed services delivery. The position acts as a trusted advisor to clients and internal leadership, providing architectural governance, technical direction, and delivery oversight. This role interfaces with Architecture Review Boards (ARB), various client and internal CoEs, vendors, and executive stakeholders.

##What will your typical day look like?

  • Lead EUC architecture team both from a technical and business architecture perspective.
  • Oversee projects and environment enhancements team to ensure timely and appropriate delivery.
  • Design and validate target-state architectures and modernization roadmaps for large enterprise clients.
  • Present at Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and executive forums.
  • Oversee image engineering, profile management, operational readiness, and governance for EUC platforms .
  • Provide architectural leadership for Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance initiatives .
  • Support and review security assurance and vendor risk assessments.
  • Partner with various client CoEs and external vendors to ensure design outcomes aligned with enterprise standards. \
  • Provide architectural and operational oversight for M365 and EUC engagements.
  • Review service health metrics, SLAs, and operational performance in partnership with vendors and internal delivery teams.
  • Mentor and lead architects, consultants, and analysts.
  • Provide direction and quality assurance on deliverables.
  • Influence product roadmaps, modernization priorities, and enterprise technology strategy in collaboration with internal and client stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess and provide insights on the current state of the EUX capabilities: how people, processes, and technology function and interact.
  • Research new technologies, market trends, and leverage findings to provide insights and recommendations to drive innovation, the user experience, and best practices alignment.
  • Ability to understand the broader enterprise environment and dependencies as they affect EUC and communicate requirements to executives, business domain stakeholders, and technical staff.
  • Design with endpoint and application lifecycles in mind: device procurement, OS deployment, application deployment, device health monitoring and application usage telemetry, firmware/driver updating, OS/application patching, and device/application retirement.
  • Tracking and overseeing the delivery of projects and environment enhancement requests.

You are someone with these skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in End User Computing (EUC), including Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, and SCCM
  • Experience participating in and navigating Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and enterprise governance processes
  • Proven ability to review Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and ensure alignment with client deliverables
  • Strong background in managed services delivery models
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience engaging executive‑level stakeholders
  • Experience developing and driving enterprise‑level EUC roadmaps
  • Expertise in the planning, design, and execution of enterprise technology initiatives
  • Proven capability in vendor and third‑party delivery management
  • Solid project management experience across complex initiatives
  • Demonstrated people leadership and team management experience

##Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $150,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
