Job Opportunity
Midway Nissan, A proud member of Drive Autogroup, is seeking a highly organized and customer-driven Leasing Portfolio Manager to oversee and grow our lease portfolio. This role is responsible for managing lease maturities, retaining customers, and maximizing renewal opportunities while ensuring an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track the dealership’s lease portfolio, including upcoming maturities
- Proactively contact customers to discuss lease-end options (renewal, buyout, upgrade)
- Develop and execute retention strategies to maintain long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to structure competitive lease offers
- Ensure all lease documentation and processes comply with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems
- Monitor key performance indicators (retention rates, renewal conversions, etc.)
- Assist with in-store and outbound marketing initiatives related to lease renewals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lease lifecycle
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales, leasing, or finance is preferred
- Strong understanding of leasing processes and terminology
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
