About the role
We have an opportunity in the Hamilton area to work with Milborne Group. The oldest and largest company specializing in Condominium Project Sales!
Join one of the most experienced and successful pre-construction sales and marketing firms in the GTHA! As a Sales Representative for the Milborne Group, you will represent some of the nation’s top builders and lead an exciting role as you contribute to the development of projects through the execution of sales programmes.
A typical day as a Sales Representative includes communicating with the sales team, administrators, brokers, clients and purchasers to execute site-specific sales strategies and, ultimately, generate sales. Working with a group of motivated and like-minded individuals, you will consistently collaborate with your team, carrying out daily tasks and responsibilities, and provide input and feedback on strategies and market research to ensure the success of the project and the overall success of Milborne Group.
Qualifications: Licensed realtor under RECO in good standing; Has sales experience; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Open to developing strong relationships with external brokers; Possess a sense of urgency, accountability, and job ownership; Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently; Strong work ethic; Conflict resolution skills; Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills; Ability to identify the needs of the team and provide support when required; Experience with CRM or other related database management systems; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.); Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
