Bilingual Technical Support Analyst – A&R Solutions
Job Description:
We are looking for a bilingual technical support analyst to provide IT assistance to end-users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of systems. You will use tools like AutoTask to manage requests and escalate issues as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive, log, and prioritize support requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
- Support users with Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Manage Office 365 accounts, licenses, and permissions.
- Monitor Office 365 service status and resolve incidents.
- Participate in other IT projects as required.
Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.
- Knowledge of AutoTask or other ticketing systems.
- Experience with remote management tools such as DattoRMM, ScreenConnect, or NinjaRMM.
- Strong documentation skills, ideally with ITGlue or equivalent.
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge and experience with anti-malware tools.
- Bilingual in French and English, customer-service oriented, with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
Preferred Certifications:
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent.
- Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-900).
- Working toward Office 365 certifications.
Hours:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
