Responsabilités :

  • Tri et distribution du courrier et des fournitures de bureau, y compris le courrier interne, les courriers et le courrier de nuit.
  • Livraison du courrier et des projets d'impression sur l'ensemble du site du client
  • Coordonner et préparer les projets d'impression, y compris la conversion des fichiers électroniques, la numérisation des documents et l'amélioration du début à la fin.
  • Téléchargement des travaux à partir du courrier électronique ou de la file d'attente d'impression, dimensionnement, reproduction, tri et finition.
  • Établir et maintenir des contrôles de qualité afin de garantir l'exactitude du travail.
  • répondre aux appels téléphoniques de premier niveau des utilisateurs finaux de l'équipement pour déterminer le problème, éliminer les bourrages papier, effectuer des copies d'essai et déterminer l'état des machines
  • se rendre régulièrement sur toutes les machines pour nettoyer les vitres, remplacer le toner, stocker le papier et assurer la propreté générale de l'espace de travail
  • Rédiger des rapports
  • Tenir un registre des temps d'arrêt, des réparations et des frais de compteur de tous les copieurs/imprimantes sur le site.

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou expérience professionnelle équivalente
  • Au moins deux ans d'expérience dans une salle de courrier ou un centre de photocopie.

  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles avec la capacité de développer rapidement des relations d'affaires.
  • Forte motivation personnelle pour obtenir des résultats
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, tant verbale qu'écrite
  • Utilisation efficace de Microsoft Office
  • Capacité à soulever des charges de plus de 30 kg si nécessaire.

Office Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Sorting and distribution of mail and office supplies, including interoffice, couriers and overnight mail
  • Delivery of mail and printing projects throughout the customers site
  • Coordinating and preparing projects for printing, including electronic file conversion, document scanning and enhancement from start to delivery
  • Download jobs from email or print queue, sizing, reproducing, sorting and finishing
  • Establishing and maintaining quality controls to ensure work accuracy
  • Responding to first level phone calls from end users of equipment to determine the problem, clear paper jams, run test copies and determine status of machines
  • Provide scheduled trips to all machines to conduct cleaning of glass, toner replacement, stocking paper and general cleanness of work space
  • Running reports
  • Keeping logs of downtime, repairs and meter charges of all copiers/printers on site

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a mail room or copy centre

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships
  • Strong self-motivation to drive results
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift 30+lbs. as necessary
