The Opportunity
Position title: Regional Marketing Supervisor
Department: Field Marketing
Position band: Supervisor (Global Grade 3)
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Type of position: Full-Time Temporary (15 month contract)
Interested in working for the world's number one quick-service restaurant chain? We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor of Field Marketing to work as part of our regional marketing team in Western Canada. Note: This is a 15 month contract position.
Who You Are
You love the food industry and are good at building strong relationships and collaborating as part of a team, both with internal and external stakeholders. You are a change agent with strong communication skills who can effectively support our system in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Duties
- Ensure the execution of regional marketing programs and advertising campaigns on time and on budget.
- Work closely with creative and media agency partners in the realization of various advertising programs and campaigns.
- Measure the KPIs established for the various regional marketing programs, and ensure the achievement of results.
- Participate in the development of the 2026 regional marketing plan and ensure its deployment.
- To offer an advisory service role to franchisees in Western Canada, and to ensure that good relationships are maintained.
- Participate in various marketing meetings, prepare content and present to the marketing committees representing Western franchisees.
- Responsible for different local marketing plans.
- Manage the regional marketing budget and balance the budget.
- Collaborate with the national marketing team for the deployment of certain national campaigns.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders such as the menu team, the legal team, etc.
- General administrative support for projects: invoicing, file structure, internal communications, research and general organization.
Qualifications
- 5 years of marketing experience or equivalent work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Excellent computer skills, especially in the Microsoft Office environment: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and complete multiple projects simultaneously
- High resistance to stress and change
- Good team player and ability to collaborate with all stakeholders in the company and partners
- Solution-oriented and results-oriented
Salary Range
The salary range for this role is expected to be $76,799 to $102,398
