This is not a passive recruiting role—we need a hunter who thrives on proactively finding top talent, cold calling, and building strong pipelines. If you have a salesperson’s mindset—competitive, persuasive, and results-driven—you’ll excel here. A successful background in sales is highly valued and welcomed.c

What You’ll Do

• Proactively source and headhunt candidates through multiple channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
• Apply a sales-driven approach to recruiting—pitching opportunities, overcoming objections, and closing top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Develop creative strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in recruiting or sales, preferably in agency, high-volume search, or business development roles.
• A hunter mentality—comfortable with outreach, cold calls, and pitching opportunities to candidates.
• Strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and close.
• Resilience, persistence, and a competitive spirit.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles at once.
