Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Leeds and Grenville, ON, and involves supporting electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC services, depending on experience and specialization. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems in residential, commercial, and farm settings. The role includes following safety procedures, preparing and organizing tools and materials, and maintaining clean and orderly work areas. The Job Title will collaborate with senior technicians and other team members, communicate professionally with clients, and complete documentation such as work orders and service reports. The position may also involve occasional emergency calls, adherence to company standards, and participation in ongoing training to stay current with industry practices and regulations.

Qualifications

Technical skills in one or more areas such as basic electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work, with a willingness to learn and expand trade knowledge. Ability to use common hand and power tools safely, read and interpret basic diagrams or instructions, and follow established procedures. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety. Effective communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to interact respectfully with clients and collaborate with colleagues. Physical ability to perform field work, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions and environments. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in Leeds and Grenville, ON. Relevant certifications, trade schooling, or apprenticeship experience in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC are an asset.
