Mission To lead the end‑to‑end change management strategy—governing readiness, aligning stakeholders, and guiding business adoption across all functions. It drives communications, engagement, training, and organizational readiness to ensure the business is fully prepared for new processes and technology. It also manages supplier change, cutover readiness, and hypercare to secure a smooth go‑live and stable transition to ongoing operations.
Main Responsibilities Change Strategy & Governance
- Own the change strategy, plan, and budget (internal + supplier change management).
- Define and run Business Readiness governance (cadence, entry/exit criteria, risk/issue management, dependency tracking).
- Establish and lead a Super User/Champions Network across business entities, regions, and functions.
- Align with Project Lead on scope, timeline, milestones, RAID, and value tracking.
Stakeholder & Organizational Readiness
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments by role, location, and process.
- Map process-to-role impacts (Requisition to Pay, Sourcing events, CLM authoring/negotiations, catalog management, invoice processing, expenses).
- Prepare organization readiness dashboards and heatmaps; drive remediation plans (capacity, skills, policy gaps).
- Coordinate with HR/L&D for role transitions, job aids, and performance measures.
Communications & Engagement
- Develop and execute the communications strategy (audience segmentation, storylines, frequency, channels).
- Author executive messages, FAQs, quick guides, intranet pages, and video scripts.
- Curate policy reinforcement messages (spend thresholds, approvals, preferred suppliers, T&E, and compliance).
Training & Enablement
- Build the training strategy—modalities (ILT, VILT, e learning, microlearning), curricula by role (requester, approver, buyer, AP, supplier).
- Oversee training materials (SOPs, process maps, role-based simulations, sandbox exercises) aligned to Coupa configuration.
- Coordinate UAT support (business scenarios), cutover rehearsals, and Day 1 guides.
- Design and run supplier enablement training and office hours in partnership with the Supplier Enablement Lead.
Supplier Change Management
- Segment suppliers (strategic, high volume, long tail) and tailor onboarding journeys (Supplier Portal, cXML, email invoicing).
- Plan and execute supplier communications, training webinars, FAQs, readiness surveys.
- Monitor supplier onboarding progress (connection types, testing, first invoice success) and escalate blockers.
Cutover & Hypercare
- Define business cutover readiness criteria (communications go/no go, training completion, knowledge transfer).
- Staff and run Hypercare command center (triage, prioritization, communications, trend analysis, and fixes).
- Capture and action post go live feedback; hand off stable operations with embedded ownership.
Your Profile Qualifications & Experience
- 7-10 years of procurement & AP Process Knowledge: catalogs, approvals, receiving, 3‑way match, invoicing, exceptions, tax, and payment terms.
- Training Design: role‑based enablement, adult learning, e‑learning authoring, job aids.
- Technological Expertise: Coupa (admin familiarity is a plus), LMS, SharePoint/Teams, Power BI/Analytics, survey tools.
- Analytics & Reporting: adoption dashboards, training metrics, supplier onboarding KPIs.
Skills & Competencies
- Change Leadership: stakeholder influence, executive presence, narrative building.
- Communications: clear, concise, multi‑channel (email, intranet, town halls, videos).
- Language Skills: English required; French bilingualism considered an asset.
- Problem Solving: root-cause analysis, Hypercare triage, decision facilitation.
Additional Information On The Position Salary range: $113,000 - 135,000 CAD per year.
This is a new position.
Contract duration: 8-12 months
