Position Responsibilities:

  • Proactively make outbound calls to financial advisors in our mass market territory to develop, maintain, and expand relationships, with a minimum of 60 calls per day and set targets for sales calls and meetings booked.
  • Gather intelligence on advisors’ practices using a question-based selling model to tailor solutions.

  • Execute sales campaigns, identify top prospects, and create actionable plans.
  • Use Salesforce.com to maintain advisor profiles, track activity, and share business leads and ideas with peers

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of insurance or sales experience.
  • Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
  • Proven success in proactive sales and cold calling.
  • College or University degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LLQP designation (or in process).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Well-organized, self-starter with high energy and creativity.
  • Innovative marketing and problem-solving skills.

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
