What will you do?
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production employees, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety, and quality standards.
- Plan, organize, and monitor workflow to meet production goals.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to production staff.
- Monitor production KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with Siemens safety policies, quality systems, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and improve production efficiency.
- Lead problem-solving activities to address production bottlenecks or quality concerns.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and 5S programs.
- Support resource planning and workforce allocation to meet changing production demands.
What will you need to succeed?
- Post-secondary education or Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge and experience of working with SAP
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, production plans, and work instructions.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
