What will you do?

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production employees, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety, and quality standards.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor workflow to meet production goals.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to production staff.
  • Monitor production KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with Siemens safety policies, quality systems, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and improve production efficiency.
  • Lead problem-solving activities to address production bottlenecks or quality concerns.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and 5S programs.
  • Support resource planning and workforce allocation to meet changing production demands.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Post-secondary education or Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with SAP
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, production plans, and work instructions.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
