Role Description The Summer Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Saint John, NB, supporting TridentTech’s marketing and business development initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, gathering and analyzing competitor and industry data, and helping develop marketing strategies and campaign ideas. The intern will support content creation for digital channels, coordinate basic social media and email marketing activities, and collaborate with sales and customer-facing team members to align messaging. The role also involves helping prepare presentations, marketing collateral, and reports, tracking campaign performance, and providing general support to the marketing team as needed. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively. Ability to conduct Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy development. Interest in Sales support activities, including lead nurturing and campaign follow-up. Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, web) and analytics tools is an asset. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) and willingness to learn new software. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility to work on-site in Saint John, New Brunswick for the duration of the summer internship.
