As a bilingual Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders and their leadership teams, supporting a complex and diverse client group . You will partner closely with leaders to align business priorities with people strategies that drive both divisional and enterprise outcomes.
Assigned to a specific business line, you’ll develop a deep understand ing of business strategy and operating context , translat ing insight into practical, high‑impact HR solutions. You will provide expert, practical advice to improve workforce effectiveness, organizational performance, and leadership capability, balancing strategic insight with hands‑on execution. By leveraging HR Centres of Excellence, workforce analytics, and professional expertise , you’ll s upport enterprise outcomes and our sustained competitive advantage enabled by culture, leadership and aligned systems .

Whatyou'lldo
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, influencing decision‑making related to organizational design, workforce planning, talent, performance, and culture
- Translate business strategies into integrated HR plans that support short - and long - term outcomes
- Leverage workforce analytics, metrics, and external trends to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and inform evidence‑based decisions
- Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling narratives that enable leaders to act with confidence
- Communicate with influence and credibility, adapting messages to diverse audiences and coaching leaders to achieve results
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, role clarity, and transformation efforts, ensuring thoughtful change management and leader readiness
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including sensitive and complex situations, balancing risk mitigation, fairness, and business needs
- Facilitate and mediate challenging conversations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Foster inclusive dialogue, respectfully challenge perspectives, and support leaders in making informed, values‑based decisions
- Partner closely with HR Centres of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, ER, DEI, etc.) to connect the right expertise at the right time
- Build and sustain strong cross‑divisional relationships, working collaboratively across HR, Legal, Finance, and other key partners
Whatyou'llbring to the team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
- A minimum of ten years of progressive HR experience with significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational and strategic priorities
- Exceptional communication, coaching and relationship - building skil ls
- Experience using data and analytics to inform decisions and influence outcomes
- Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence
- Bilingualism (English and French)
Preferred qualifications
- CPHR designation
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, and change leadership
- Experience supporting large, national organizations
