AI-First. Future-Driven. Human-Centered. At OpenText, AI is at the heart of everything we do—powering innovation, transforming work, and empowering digital knowledge workers. We are hiring talent AI can't replace to help us shape the future of information management. Join us.

Your Impact You’ll be the strategic force that brings clarity, alignment, and execution excellence to HR initiatives across a global, fast‑moving organization. As the connector between HR leadership, Centers of Expertise, Shared Services, Analytics, and Business Operations, you’ll shape how people programs come to life, strengthening workforce planning, elevating HRBP capabilities, and ensuring HR delivers measurable business impact. This is your opportunity to influence enterprise‑wide decisions, drive transformation, and champion the future of our people strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Alignment & Advocacy: Align HR initiatives with enterprise strategy, workforce priorities, and talent goals while championing HR programs to secure leadership and cross‑functional support.
  • Program & PMO Leadership: Lead major HR programs using PMO standards, providing structure, governance, and execution excellence across global HR initiatives and transitions to steady‑state ownership.
  • Cross‑Functional Integration & Coordination: Drive collaboration across HRSS, Analytics, Finance, Legal/ER, Business Ops, TA, COEs, and Field HR to deliver integrated HR solutions and respond to complex or sensitive situations.
  • Workforce Planning & Modeling: Lead multi‑year workforce planning, scenario modeling, and talent analytics, partnering with FP&A, Business Ops, TA, HR Analytics, and HR Technology to support shareholder and business planning models.
  • Systems, Data, Reporting & Technology Enablement: Act as the central resource for planning tools, data integrity, reporting, and lessons learned while partnering with HR Tech and IT to enhance planning tools, lead testing, and drive adoption of new HR technologies.
  • Relationship Management & Process Improvement: Build strong stakeholder relationships, identify gaps and cross‑team dependencies, and improve HR processes, tools, communication, and alignment across HR subfunctions.
  • HRBP Enablement & Career Frameworks: Expand HRBP playbooks and tools, develop “full picture” talent views, clarify HRBP accountabilities, and support role family and career framework development, including manager and employee education on career pathways.
  • Performance Tracking & Change Management: Monitor KPIs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, report progress to leadership, and lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of HR systems, policies, and programs.

What It Takes

  • Deep HR program or project management experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, organizational design, HR analytics, and talent processes.

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and drive alignment across multiple HR and business teams.
  • Known for operational discipline, follow‑through, and handling sensitive or high‑impact initiatives with care.
