THE POSITION: Product Management Specialist, Personal Care (Hybrid) Role Overview The Product Management Specialist is the key owner of commercializing global innovation for the Canadian market, supporting Marketing Managers in achieving brand goals and business results. With a fast-moving, high-volume pipeline of launches across a diverse portfolio of brands, the successful candidate will ensure each initiative is delivered on-time, compliant, and ready for launch in Canada.
This ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and takes pride in flawless execution. The position reports to the Brand Director and supports all brands within the Personal Care portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Commercialization and Project Management Leadership
- Own the end‑to‑end Canadian commercialization process for all innovation, renovations, pack updates, and special packs.
- Build and maintain project trackers, anticipate risks, troubleshoot proactively, and ensure all milestones are met with precision.
- Champion accuracy by completing item setup documentation and managing product data within internal systems.
- Liaise with and assist in driving cross-functional alignment across Product Development, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Packaging Development, Marketing, and agency partners.
Artwork & Packaging Excellence
- Lead local Canadian artwork adaptation across all Personal Care brands, ensuring bilingual compliance, global brand consistency, and on-time approvals.
- Review claims, copy, ingredients, and regulatory content with exceptional attention to detail.
- Partner with local agencies to deliver final artwork tailored for Canadian consumers, leveraging competitive packaging, claims, trends and consumer feedback to provide actionable recommendations.
Brand & Innovation Support
- Support Marketing Managers with insights gathering competitive reviews, trend monitoring, business analysis and early-stage innovation assessments to inform decisions.
- Contribute to the discussion, analysis and recommendations for product launches, sku prioritizations and discontinuations.
- Manage daily operational requirements including purchase orders, sample ordering, creative routing, courier coordination, and other administrative duties in support of the team.
The Ideal Candidate Experience & Education
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in CPG, Beauty, Personal Care, Packaging or Commercialization roles
Skills & Behaviours
- Exceptionally organized, able to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and consistently strives to deliver high quality work.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with limited supervision
- Strong project management skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Detail‑obsessed, especially when working with artwork, claims, ingredients, and regulatory copy.
- Strong communicator (written and verbal) capable of navigating global and local stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams; experience with artwork and routing tools is an asset.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an advantage.

This posting represents a genuine and currently available vacancy. The Ontario compensation range for this role is $61,100–$86,500. Church & Dwight’s salary ranges are intentionally broad to provide employees with opportunities for future growth and progression within the company. Actual starting salaries are determined based on internal equity, relevant experience, market competitiveness, and job location.
