What Your Day Might Look Like:
- Lead and mentor the Aftermarket Customer Service team to deliver outstanding support
- Drive customer satisfaction through efficient order processing, returns, and issue resolution
- Oversee aftermarket operations including parts and rentals
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and other departments to align goals and improve outcomes
- Track performance metrics and coach your team toward continuous improvement
What You Bring to the Team:
- Proven leadership experience in parts, service, or aftermarket operations
- A knack for motivating teams and managing competing priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ag equipment (an asset, but not required)
