For over 40 years, Elmwood Spa has been Toronto’s trusted destination for relaxation, renewal, and self-care. We’re currently looking for a Spa Supervisor to join our vibrant team of wellness professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Spa Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — supporting a talented team of Aestheticians and Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) while ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, elevated experience.
You’ll:
- Lead and support spa team members with empathy and professionalism
- Manage daily operations and appointment schedules to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest and service challenges quickly and thoughtfully
- Handle administrative tasks like reports and payroll coordination
- Maintain spa standards — ensuring rooms, equipment, and service areas are always guest-ready
- Mentor and coach team members to deliver exceptional service
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with our Mission, Vision, and Values
What You Bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting
- Preferred: Certified Aesthetician or Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
- Equivalent experience in spa operations, product knowledge, or body treatments also welcome
- A genuine passion for wellness and helping others thrive
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A calm, confident leadership style that inspires those around you
Note: Product and treatment training may be required within the first 6 months if not already completed.

Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking and standing
- Ability to climb short flights of stairs
- Upper limb coordination for computer and treatment demonstrations
- Lift/reach up to 10 kg; occasionally push/pull up to 20 kg
- Regular guest and team interactions in a comfortable indoor environment

Bangkok Garden Bangkok Garden introduced Thai cuisine and culture to Toronto over 30 years ago and is one of only four Thai restaurants in Toronto to receive the Thai Select Premium designation from the Thai Consulate recognizing the authenticity of our food. Elmspa
elmspa is a hidden gem situated just blocks from Cabbagetown and Yorkville. An offspring of the acclaimed Elmwood Spa, this boutique spa offers exclusive treatments for women and men in a zen-inspired environment.
With seven specialized treatment rooms, two steam rooms, an infrared sauna, rain shower and garden terrace area, elmspa approaches health and well-being holistically, integrating ancient Eastern therapies with the latest Western techniques.
