This is an opportunity to work on challenging AI research while helping transform promising ideas into production-ready technology.
About the Role You'll be part of a highly technical research team exploring new ways to improve how AI systems reason, solve complex problems, and generate high-quality code. The role combines hands-on experimentation with software engineering, giving you the opportunity to take research from concept through to deployment.
What You'll Do Investigate and prototype new AI techniques using modern language models. Design and evaluate experiments to improve reasoning, planning, and code generation. Develop production-quality research software in Python. Explore areas such as agentic AI, post-training, model adaptation, and evaluation. Work closely with engineers to bring research into real-world products.
What You'll Bring Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience). Strong background in AI/ML research, particularly around LLMs, agents, or autonomous systems. Excellent Python programming skills and a rigorous experimental mindset. Experience with modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
Nice to Have Experience with reinforcement learning or LLM fine-tuning. Research publications or meaningful open-source contributions. Familiarity with compiler technologies, program synthesis, or AI for code. GPU programming experience using CUDA or ROCm.
