We’re looking for experienced Scaffold Lead Hands to join our team. You’ll be leading crews to safely erect and dismantle scaffolding structures on residential, commercial, civil, and industrial projects throughout Metro Vancouver. From all-round systems and tube & clamp to temporary roofing, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, on-time, and top-quality results.
Please note that this is a Commercial position and we are seeking long term, fulltime, permanent employees, preference will be given to candidates with experience in scaffold leadership roles outside of industrial environments.

What You’ll Do
Lead and manage crews of 3–6 scaffolders on site Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures to meet project specs and safety standards Plan and organize job sites for efficiency and safety Coordinate closely with the Construction Manager, team members, and other trades Ensure safe handling, transport, and storage of materials Promote a strong safety culture across all job sites
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Scaffolder and Lead Hand in commercial and industrial projects Hands-on experience with all-round system, tube & clamp, temporary roofs, stair towers, garbage chutes, etc. Solid knowledge of scaffolding regulations and safety practices Ability to work at heights and handle physically demanding tasks Strong communication and leadership skills A valid driver’s licence Willingness to relocate (if required)
