Purpose of the job

The specialist is responsible for the exploitation of information related to web and omnichannel operations. He.she has a deep understanding of the functionalities impacting web operations and customer experience within the various systems (ERP, OMS, WMS, PLM, CMS, Power BI) as well as an ability to rigorously evaluate the logistics process related to last mile delivery by carriers.

Main responsabilities

  • Control the costs invoiced by the various carriers, report anomalies and provide suggestions for optimization related to pricing to the manager and suppliers;
  • Measure the efficiency of web and omnichannel order processing according to our pre-established standards, report the results and make suggestions to improve processes;
  • Contribute to e-commerce strategies by leveraging data-driven insights to improve business processes and decisions for different banners in Canada and the United States;
  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to develop and deliver the right tools for the E-commerce Operations team;
  • Participate, with management, in strategies concerning the development of operations in order to achieve the department's sales and profitability objectives;
  • Ensure exceptional collaboration and communication, as well as optimal support with the various departments;
  • Occasionally participates in the development and coordination of special projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree or other relevant training;
  • Experience in e-commerce (B2C);
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Meticulousness, autonomy and analytical skills;
  • Team player, proactivity and sense of priorities;
  • Open-mindedness and curiosity to discover and understand;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel;
  • Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written (The person will be exchanging with our banners across Canada and the United States);
  • Knowledge of Power Bi (an asset).
