Under the supervision of the Regional People and Culture Leader – West, the incumbent will take on HR projects relating to internal & external job descriptions and internal documentation revisions.
General Information:
- Status: Summer Student Position / Internship – May 15 – August 15
- Schedule: Full Time, 30-40 hours per week
- Location: Calgary Warehouse – 5500 72nd Avenue SE
Responsibilities:
Update job descriptions and maintain employee file documentation. Ensure all documents are accurately organized, easily accessible, and compliant with confidentiality and regulatory requirements. Data entry for ATS implementation.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing studies in human resources, or a related field.
- Any experience in the field is considered an advantage.
General skills
Skills:
- Attention to detail: Maintain accurate and high‑quality documentation.
- Effective communication: Communicate with clarity, tact, and professionalism.
- Flexibility and adaptability: Adjust to changing priorities.
- Teamwork: Collaborate harmoniously with colleagues.
Hiring Details:

Languages: Fluent in oral and written English, French is considered a strong asset

Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office and virtual documentation tools.

Standards Knowledge: General understanding of labor standards and privacy legislation.
