About the role
Role Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to conceptualize and design intuitive software interfaces. Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with business goals and technical constraints. Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent design system for Karbon Digital’s suite of AI products. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide innovative solutions to complex design challenges. Test and refine designs based on user feedback and performance metrics. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UX/UI design and emerging AI technologies.

Requirements
Qualifications
A degree in Technology Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software. A portfolio showcasing your design projects, with a focus on digital products or AI applications. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passion for AI technologies and their potential to shape the future.
