Operating from a licensed home-based kitchen, we've built a loyal customer base, earned outstanding reviews across multiple platforms, and established ourselves as a premium catering and specialty food brand. Our vision is to take the next major step by opening a fully equipped commercial kitchen with a dine-in restaurant that will allow us to expand production, enhance the customer experience, and scale throughout the Northwest Territories.
Investment Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic business partner who shares our long-term vision. This is an equity partnership—not a passive investment. The successful partner will help finance and support the establishment of our first commercial location in Yellowknife.
Estimated Investment
Approximately CAD $250,000 Proposed Equity Expected ownership interest of approximately 35%–50%, depending on the final investment amount, business valuation, and partnership structure.
