We are looking for an Innovation System Administrator to oversee the administration, governance, and optimization of the ProjectWise platform, while supporting teams in the effective management of project information.

What you will do

ProjectWise Platform Administration

  • Administer ProjectWise environments (datasources, projects, folders)

Configure and maintain project document structures

  • Ensure platform availability, stability, and compliance

  • Liaise with Bentley (accounts, licensing, technical support)

User, Roles, and Access Management

  • Create, modify, and deactivate ProjectWise user accounts

  • Define and manage groups, project roles, security lists, and permissions

  • Ensure access aligns with roles, disciplines, and responsibilities

  • Apply the principle of least privilege and information security requirements

Information Governance and Compliance

  • Implement and enforce document management standards

  • Structure information according to project phases

  • Ensure traceability, auditability, and document integrity

  • Align with corporate frameworks (e.g., ISO 19650, internal practices)

Workflow and Process Configuration

  • Configure and maintain ProjectWise workflows (review, approval, issuance)

  • Implement processes related to deliverables, RFIs, correspondence, and submittals

  • Adapt processes to contractual requirements and project needs

Project and Team Support

  • Act as the ProjectWise point of contact for internal and external teams

  • Train and support users (best practices, tools)

  • Provide Level 2–3 support (troubleshooting, issue resolution, escalation)

  • Document procedures and user guides

Integration, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement

  • Support ProjectWise integration initiatives with other platforms (ACC, BI, etc.)

  • Extract data and support reporting, KPIs, and dashboards

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools

This role could be for you if you have

  • Strong expertise in Bentley ProjectWise (Administration & Explorer)

  • Solid understanding of document management and information governance

  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

  • Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and service orientation

  • Excellent communication and technical translation skills
