Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Bouncer to ensure the safety and security of our venue, staff, and patrons. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence, excellent judgment, and the ability to handle challenging situations with confidence. This role is vital in maintaining a safe environment and providing exceptional customer service while enforcing venue policies and regulations.

Duties

• Monitor entry points and conduct security checks to verify age and identification
• Enforce venue rules and regulations to prevent disruptive behavior
• Manage crowd control during events, ensuring smooth flow of patrons
• Use surveillance equipment such as CCTV to observe activity within the premises
• Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, de-escalating conflicts when necessary
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services if required
• Conduct regular patrols of the venue to identify potential security issues or safety hazards
• Assist with loss prevention measures by observing for theft or suspicious activity
• Maintain detailed incident reports as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred
• Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
• Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and respond quickly when needed
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks and any required training certifications
• Prior experience in loss prevention or crowd management is a plus
