Systems and Process Specialist

YOUR ROLE

Responsible for designing and building software solutions that enhance logistics and supply chain operations. This role combines technical development with business collaboration to create scalable systems, integrate platforms like ERP and WMS, and improve process efficiency through automation and data-driven tools.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Develop, test, and deploy custom software applications and tools to support supply chain functions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Design system architecture and data models tailored to logistics and supply chain workflows.

Integrate supply chain systems with ERP, WMS, TMS, and other enterprise platforms.

Create APIs and automation scripts to streamline data exchange and operational processes.

Conduct system performance analysis and implement improvements.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT), debugging, and documentation.

Maintain and enhance existing supply chain applications.

Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards.

Provide technical support and training to end users.

Developing custom tools or automation scripts to support logistics processes

Assist in the development of logistics and supply chain solutions for new and existing customers.

Process alignment and stakeholder communication.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in supply chain or logistics.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.

Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and system integration.

Familiarity with supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, TMS).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of supply chain processes and KPIs.

Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies

Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.

Developed skills in process re-engineering/mapping, supply chain concepts, information technology and business development.

Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Good presentation skills.

High degree of logic, initiative, self-organization and creativeness.

Developed interpersonal and communication skills.
