What You’ll Be Contributing:
- Own and support construction application processes across Procore, SAP, and Concur, ensuring operational continuity and alignment between project execution, financial workflows, and invoicing;
- Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance to ensure system reliability, performance, and user adoption;
- Act as primary administrator and owner of Procore, including configuration, governance, templates, workflows, user access, and integration readiness;
- Maintain and configure HCON-specific SAP processes within established governance guidelines;
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems, reducing gaps, manual workarounds, and process inefficiencies;
- Act as the single point of accountability for system performance and cross-system issues, coordinating resolution across IT and business teams;
- Support the onboarding, integration, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of construction-related applications aligned with the HCON roadmap;
- Work in close collaboration with Construction Project Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into effective and sustainable system solutions.
What Sets You Apart:
- 5+ years of experience working with enterprise business applications, including operational support, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements;
- Hands-on experience with Procore administration and configuration (required), including Project Execution, Financials, and Preconstruction modules;
- Strong understanding of construction business processes, including project execution, cost management, procurement, invoicing, commissioning, handover, and closeout;
- Familiarity with construction project and customer lifecycles, from opportunity and project initiation through execution, billing, closeout, and post-project support;
- Knowledge of project management in a construction context, including tracking deliverables, coordinating teams, managing timelines, and improving field-to-office communication;
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred) and financial workflows;
- Ability to work across integrated systems and end-to-end processes
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills;
- Power BI expertise or experience developing dashboards and reports is considered an asset.
