We are currently hiring a full-time Apprentice Technician. The compensation for this role is between $18-$26 based on experience and education. To be successful in this role, you should have strong mechanical knowledge, a passion for automotive repair, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

What we expect from you**:**

- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs.
- Inspect vehicles for potential issues or maintenance needs.
- Rotate tires and check tire pressures.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and recommend additional services if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
We hire attitude over aptitude, but we do have a few non-negotiables**:**
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an automotive repair or dealership setting is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to grow: the automotive industry is continuously evolving, and we hire team members who want to grow with us.
