ANC is currently recruiting for the permanent, salaried role of Junior IT Systems Engineer. The role is ideal for a Computer Engineering graduate with a passion for building, supporting, and integrating enterprise systems. Working across a wide range of technologies, including ERP, EAM and financial platforms, Python-based automation, enterprise service bus (ESB) and APIs, and emerging AI/ML models, this role combines hands-on technical support with opportunities to contribute to integration and system development projects. The IT Systems Analyst works a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday and must be available for after-hours support, as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP, EAM and financial systems.

Assist with system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

Monitor system health and resolve user issues promptly.
-
Develop scripts and utilities in Python to automate workflows, system checks, and data processing.

Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new automation initiatives.
-
Configure and maintain enterprise service bus (ESB) integrations and middleware connections.
-
Build and support API integrations (REST/SOAP) with ERP, EAM, and financial systems.
-
Document data mappings and ensure secure, reliable system-to-system communication.
-
Support deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models in production systems.
-
Work with senior engineers on applying AI to business workflows (e.g., automation, predictive insights).

Provide Level 1-2 technical support across hardware, software, and enterprise applications.

Train users and document IT processes and troubleshooting procedures.

Support IT compliance, audits, and security measures.
-
Other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (required).

Strong Python programming skills.

Familiarity with ESB or similar integration platforms.

Experience working with ERP, EAM, or financial systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Maximo).

Exposure to AI/ML models and their integration into enterprise workflows.

Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON, and XML.

Knowledge of databases, networking, and system administration.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
-
Understanding of ITIL practices and system monitoring tools.

Exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices.
-
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.

Team player with eagerness to learn and grow.
