About the role:
Purity Life are seeking Director of Finance to play a key role in their M&A integration efforts. This is a high-impact role that will focus on reporting, analytics, and system migration while leading a small team. The successful candidate will have strong technical finance and leadership skills, a track record of delivering insights through reporting and analysis, and experience supporting ERP implementations.
What you will do:
- Lead the monthly financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide financial insights and analytics to support executive decision-making.
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Oversee the ERP implementation and system migration project, consolidating three finance systems into one.
- Support the integration of an M&A acquisition, ensuring smooth financial alignment between companies.
- Manage and mentor three direct reports
- Partner closely with the Group President and Company CFO to support corporate strategy and decision-making.
What you will bring:
- Professional designation: CPA (or equivalent accounting designation) required.
- 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, with strong exposure to reporting, budgeting, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementations or system migrations.
- Strong understanding of financial processes in an M&A environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex information for executive stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
