The City of Weyburn Leisure Services Department is offering an exciting summer employment opportunity for two
(2) students. The Paddling Pool Attendant is a key part of the Leisure Services Department in the summer as they
provide a safe and fun environment for patrons and assist in the operations of the Mobile Play Park when needed.
Responsibilities:

Supervise all patrons utilizing the Young Fellows Paddling Pool.

Administer First Aid, enforce safety policies as well as operating procedures.

Maintain a positive attitude with public and staff to ensure a harmonious working relationship.

Assist with pool maintenance and other program services when necessary.

Administrative duties such as cash and concession management.
-
Report any unsafe condition(s) to the Program Manager.
-
Provide weekly reports on activities and attendance.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Students hired must be at least 14 years of age, enrolled as a student at a secondary or post-secondary
school or institution.
- Standard First Aid/CPR-C/AED certification.

Job Status – Part-Time Seasonal (June – September 2026)

Wage – In accordance with CUPE Local 90 Agreement.
