Our resort is a year-round conference facility that hosts small to medium-sized weddings in the summer and off-season, along with corporate events and holiday parties throughout the year. We experience waves of peak business, and we need a dynamic Sales and Catering Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly, from first inquiry to billing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role or as lead Banquet Server that is ready for the next step.

• Significant food and beverage service experience, with a passion for sales and event management.

• Experience in managing group room bookings, timesheets, scheduling, and hiring.

• Strong leadership abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
