About the role

Job Summary Provide administrative support to departments and ensure efficient office operations. Coordinate scheduling, communications, and document management to support staff and management. Number of Positions 5 Main Duties Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage general reception duties. Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, book meeting rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements. Maintain filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping. Order and maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors for routine maintenance. Support team members with administrative tasks, including expense reports and basic bookkeeping assistance. Requirements Secondary school diploma; post-secondary certificate in office administration or related field is an asset. Minimum 1 year of administrative or clerical experience in an office environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and common office equipment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple duties simultaneously. Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information and professional work ethic.
