As a receptionist within Pomerleau's administrative team, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the Montreal office. In particular, you will have the opportunity to work closely with your colleagues, supporting them in a variety of administrative tasks.

What you will do :

  • Warmly welcome all visitors and customers, ensuring they are registered in our electronic signature system.

  • Manage correspondence and incoming and outgoing phone calls, redirecting them to the appropriate people as needed.

  • Receive and coordinate incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments with courier services.

  • Manage conference room and collaboration space reservations.

  • Maintain inventory, supplies, and organization of shared spaces, meeting rooms, and corporate kitchens.

  • Follow up and maintain regular communication with the property manager.

  • Follow up on invoices in collaboration with the accounts payable team.

  • Supervise and support subcontractors performing work at the Montreal office.

This role could be for you if you have :

  • More than 5 years' experience as a receptionist or in a related field
  • A high degree of professionalism and exceptional communication skills
  • Experience using MS Office.
