Seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT support for Windows and macOS environments. The role involves deskside and walk-up support, hardware/software troubleshooting, device deployments and migrations, IMAC activities, asset management, conference room support, and white glove support for VIP users.
