Your day to day About The Role We are looking for a driven and dynamic Regional Sales Representative to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role, based in Mississauga, is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to build relationships, drive revenue, and make a meaningful impact within a competitive market. You'll be empowered to hunt for new business, grow existing accounts, and represent our hotels with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and conversion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local businesses
- Research and identify new opportunities within the assigned market to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals
- Accurately maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and weekly reports
- Represent the hotel at tradeshows, networking events, and client meetings to increase visibility and market share
Qualifications What we need from you
- 1-3 years of sales, business development, or account management experience (hospitality or travel industry experience is an asset)
- A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce knowledge is an asset)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region as needed
What We Offer Contract Details
- Term: 6 months (possibility of extension or permanent role)
- Salary: $40,000-$45,000
- Start Date: Immediate
