Accountabilities

The Senior Manager, Growth Strategy & Insights will lead strategic analysis and high-impact initiatives that support business growth. This role requires a combination of analytical excellence, structured problem-solving, and strong stakeholder management to transform complex questions into clear recommendations and measurable actions.

Build and maintain advanced marketing and business models to evaluate performance, investment decisions, and growth opportunities. Own end-to-end strategic analyses, from defining business questions and developing insights to presenting recommendations and driving implementation. Support market strategy initiatives, including market sizing, ideal customer profile definition, and data sourcing strategies. Monitor business performance against goals, identify key drivers behind changes, and recommend optimization opportunities. Act as a strategic partner to growth leaders by providing forecasts, performance analysis, and recommendations across multiple acquisition channels. Solve ambiguous and high-priority business challenges alongside senior leadership by developing structured, data-driven perspectives. Collaborate with teams across marketing, operations, customer support, and business functions to align initiatives and deliver results. Create repeatable analytical frameworks, tools, and processes that improve team efficiency and decision-making. Raise the standard of analytical thinking by promoting data-driven approaches and rigorous evaluation methods. Communicate complex findings through clear narratives, presentations, and executive-level recommendations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, quantitative expertise, and strong communication skills. They should be comfortable working with complex datasets, managing ambiguity, and influencing decisions across a growing organization.

4+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role. Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and driving operational improvements from analysis through execution. Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, with the ability to analyze large and imperfect datasets. Experience with SQL or willingness to develop SQL capabilities is a plus. Strong problem-solving approach with the ability to structure unclear problems and create actionable solutions. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, including the ability to create executive-level materials. High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Comfort working in fast-paced environments where priorities may evolve quickly. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels. Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments is a plus.
