À propos du poste : Ce poste assure un rôle de soutien dans la surveillance et l’examen des données de contrôle qualité, de la résolution de problèmes techniques en collaboration avec les Directeurs des départements de Val-d’Or, ainsi que, le cas échéant le traitement des préoccupations techniques des clients. Principales responsabilités : Enquêter sur les préoccupations techniques des clients et les incidents liés à la qualité ; Travailler de concert avec les équipes Qualité ; Assurer la liaison avec les directeurs des départements afin de résoudre les préoccupations techniques ; Communiquer avec les clients concernant les résultats des enquêtes et générer des certificats de données corrigés ; Préparer des rapports sommaires pour les clients concernant des erreurs multiples, graves et/ou systématiques ; Utiliser des outils informatiques pour examiner les données, créer des graphiques et effectuer des fonctions statistiques; Générer et évaluer des données de comparaison afin d’identifier les tendances, biais ou problèmes. Mettre à jour la documentation qualité ; Réaliser des audits des lots d’échantillons de laboratoire ; Réaliser des audits qualité du laboratoire ; Assurer le suivi de la clôture des audits dans les délais requis ; Examiner les non-conformités afin d’identifier les tendances et les porter à l’attention du gestionnaire. Coordonner et/ou assister aux réunions Qualité ; Assurer les suivis des actions Mettre à jour la documentation qualité ; Assister les responsables pour l’intégration qualité des nouveaux employés ; Effectuer toute autre tâche désignée par son responsable Connaissance, habiletés et aptitudes requises : Excellentes compétences informatiques, notamment avec MS Excel et MS Word ; Excellente maîtrise des langues française et anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ; Connaissances et expérience en statistiques de base ; Capacité à analyser systématiquement l’information et à identifier les causes et conséquences possibles ; Excellente précision administrative et bonnes compétences en saisie ; Solides aptitudes interpersonnelles et organisationnelles. Qualifications requises : Baccalauréat en chimie ou dans un domaine connexe ; Connaissances et expérience en statistiques de base ; Minimum d’un an d’expérience en analyse chimique, notamment AAS, ICP-AES, ICP-MS, XRF ou techniques classiques d’essai/analyse ; Une préférence sera accordée aux candidats ayant une expérience préalable en assurance qualité. Exigences physiques : Capacité à rester assis ou debout pendant de longues périodes ; Le poste exige de travailler avec des outils informatiques pendant la majeure partie de la journée.
