Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to accelerate capital raises and increase the organization’s AUM. Portfolio Growth: Directly drive investment into the firm’s real estate portfolio by identifying and securing new capital sources and maintaining relationships with existing investors. Sales Function Oversight: Build, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team, establishing clear KPIs and performance benchmarks aligned with long-term business goals. Investor Relations: Act as a primary ambassador for the firm, presenting complex investment opportunities with clarity and professional authority to sophisticated investors, family offices, and institutional partners. Market Positioning: Work closely with the executive team to refine the firm's value proposition, ensuring real estate investment products remain competitive and attractive in a shifting economic landscape.

Qualifications & Experience Experience: 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within asset management, private equity, or commercial real estate investment. Channel Expertise: Proven experience working directly with Exempt Market Dealers (EMDs) or in a Wholesaling capacity within the Canadian financial services industry. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in capital raising and significantly growing a real estate or alternative investment portfolio. Network: An established network of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or institutional investors is highly preferred. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the exempt market landscape, including familiarity with National Instrument 31-103 and 45-106 regulations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is considered a strong asset. Competencies for Success Entrepreneurial Mindset: The ability to thrive in a boutique environment where agility and personal initiative are rewarded. Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of real estate financial modeling, investment structures (e.g., MICs, REITs, Private Equity), and market cycles.
