Position Overview:
The Renovation Sales Representative will be a part of our Renovation sales team; our renovation channel is designed for high-performing in-home sales professionals who value

strong systems, brand credibility, and clear expectations.

This role is suited for experienced sales professionals who can lead the in-home sales conversation, manage a disciplined pipeline, and move opportunities forward efficiently
The Role:
• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners

  • Assess needs and present Durabuilt’s premium window and door solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial appointment through signed agreement

• Drive timely, well-managed sales decisions while maintaining a consultative customer experience • Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and documentation using CRM and sales tools

  • Build referral and repeat business through strong customer relationships

  • Strong closing ratios within an efficient sales cycle
  • Healthy average job values aligned with premium positioning
  • Consistent achievement of monthly targets
  • Organized, accurate pipeline management
  • Positive customer feedback and reviews

What we are looking for:

  • Proven success in in-home or consultative sales
  • Comfort selling premium or technical products
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • Excellent time management and personal discipline
  • Experience using CRM and digital quoting tools
  • Professional presence in a homeowner’s home

What we Offer:
• Competitive base salary of $50,000 + commission, with potential earnings of $90,000–$150,000+ (no cap)

Your Skills & Background

  • Post secondary education considered an asset, but not required
  • Relevant sales experience and proven performance are the primary qualifications
  • 3+ years of success in in- with a focus on understanding business requirements and delivering results.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM Systems (Salesforce or similar).
  • Valid driver’s license and anility to travel for appointments as required.
