All Weather Commercial is an Alberta based local glass and glazing company. We provide commercial glass and aluminum products to contractors, developers, building owners and retail clients. We strive to provide exceptional product and service. We are invested in providing our staff with the right tools and training for the job. Our COR certifications ensure our commitment to providing the highest level of safety to our staff and clients.
We are currently recruiting for a labourer for our Edmonton location. This individual is responsible does not need any glazing experience but should be interested in pursuing a career in construction as a first-year apprentice glazier. Candidates must be reliable, hardworking, and motivated to learn.
In this position, you will be responsible for

Assisting and supporting the Glazing team when preparing work site.

Moving materials, products, or equipment as required, using the correct technique for lifting, pushing, or pulling of product or materials.

Hauling products, materials, or equipment to vehicle to load up prior to heading to a customer job site, using the correct technique for lifting, pushing, or pulling of product or materials.

Hauling products, materials, or equipment from vehicle to within the customer job site, using the correct technique for lifting, pushing, or pulling of product or materials.

Developing a working knowledge of the product lines installed or serviced.

Keeping the work site clean and tidy, including sweeping, safely removing and disposing of debris.
Primary Qualifications Required:
- Valid Class 5 Alberta license and reliable vehicle
Qualifications that are considered an asset:
- High school diploma
- Prior experience in construction (hobbies, summer jobs, or volunteer activities), agriculture or forestry, manufacturing, municipal work, or other non-construction trades
