Massilly North America has been manufacturing metal packaging (lids) for the food industry for over 25 years.
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Production department. In this role, you will oversee multiple high-speed production lines, driving progress toward departmental goals and maintaining top standards in safety, quality, and productivity. The position typically involves managing a team of 15-20 members and reports directly to the Production Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enforce safety rules and regulations designed to create and maintain a safe working environment;
- Direct production activities to meet process and product specifications, quality standards;
- Organize, monitor, and measure work performed within each department;
- Monitor the status of repair and maintenance of equipment in assigned areas;
- Establish and maintain positive employee relations;
- Prepare reports concerning production, quality, maintenance, safety, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Intermediate communication skills in English
- Willing and able to work rotating shifts
