Customer Service Specialist-Critical Environments

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic professional to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. This role involves daily communication with external customers, providing quotes for specialized HVAC products used in critical environments such as hospital operating rooms, clean rooms, laboratories, and pharmacies.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

  • Communicate with external customers via email and phone to provide support and information.
  • Prepare accurate quotes for specialized products tailored to critical environment applications.
  • Review project specifications to ensure quotes meet all technical and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with order entry, updates, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • Minimum five years of experience in customer service, order processing, and quoting in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with order processing and quoting software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • HVAC industry experience is an asset but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and accurately.
  • Post-secondary education: University degree or college diploma.
  • Dependable and productive with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
