Job Description & Requirements

  • Please note: term of employment is as stated above OR return of incumbent.

We are seeking a qualified teacher who must possess:

  • A Manitoba Teacher's Certificate, or eligibility for certification in the Province of Manitoba, or willingness and ability to work toward a Vocational Industrial Teacher's Certificate.
  • Red Seal Cook Certification and a minimum of two years of exemplary work experience in your trade since receiving Red Seal Certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to program and teach Culinary Arts at the high school level.

Preference will be given to candidates who possess:

  • Previous successful high school teaching experience.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience with English as an Additional Language learners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as an effective member of a team in implementing a quality program.
