About the Role
E2 Architectural Services is looking for an organized and customer-focused Account Coordinator to be the first line of support for our developer, builder, and consultant clients. You’ll handle day-to-day customer requests, manage onboarding, keep records accurate, and spot opportunities to improve service.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries quickly and professionally.

Troubleshoot common issues; escalate complex cases with clear details.

Coordinate smooth onboarding for new and trial clients.
-
Maintain accurate CRM notes, contacts, and project details.
-
Provide weekly account updates and flag risks/opportunities.
-
Support billing accuracy and develop simple guides/checklists for clients.
What We’re Looking For
-
1–3 years in customer support, client services, or coordination.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Highly organized with great follow-through.
-
Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and learning new tools quickly.
-
Bonus: Experience in land development, SaaS support, or architectural/municipal compliance tools (e.g., Lotworks, Streetscape).
