Location: Vancouver,BC
Experience: 6+ Years
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000/Year to $95,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Qualifications:

Experience in Any Productivity Management & DAM product knowledge (Aprimo, AEM, SiteCore Nuxeo etc).

Experience in Java and J2EE technologies
-
Hands on Experience (Development Design and Architectural) in Azure or AWS Cloud Platform
-
Good experience and technical expertise in architecting designing and developing applications using SOA based architecture

Well experienced in DAM/MRM Implementations using any industry leading products like Open Text Aprimo Nuxeo AEM Assets Workfront
-
Experience in Implementing MRM Workflow solutions using products like Aprimo WorkFront Unica
-
Good knowledge and experience in SDLC methodologies
-
Management and technology consulting experience in DAM/MRM Implementations with a respected consulting firm or with fortune 500 companies
-
Strong analytical skills and effective problem solving

Excellent written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
-
Developing and executing Digital Asset Management and Marketing Productivity projects as per business requirements which includes designing and articulating Digital Asset Management solutions Process and product implementation plans system workflows resource support structures.
-
Acts as Technical Lead and will be one of the points of contact for all DAM Marketing Productivity for internal and external stakeholders.

Leading in all Digital Asset Management technical and business level projects or tasks independently adhering to compliance.

Able to understand and design complex metadata and taxonomy structures for Digital assets
-
Conducting audits of the DAM & Marketing Productivity system and structure to ensure the accurate and continuous organization of assets
-
Troubleshooting DAM Marketing Productivity system & user issues related to Asset retrieval and application-level system issues- Managing special operations-related assignments which can include but is not limited to: training and development project Management executing reporting and provide in assistance in presenting results to leadership

Research and make recommendations on emerging standards and best practices in Digital Asset management. This includes Digital Asset preservation metadata and Digital rights management.

Categorize & prioritize Service Requests in accordance with clients support guidelines.
-
Manage and support new user onboarding and user audit.
-
Coordination with third party vendors creative groups and external agencies for issues in existing infrastructure/integrations and provide resolution.
-
Create and maintain support checklists artifacts knowledge base and make them available for internal audits.
-
Helpdesk support for service coverage in terms of logging diagnosing and managing incoming support requests for DAM.
-
Manage and assist for project management and workflows.
-
Manage and assist for new and existing Templates reports and dashboards.
-
Determine actions required based on support requests identifying root causes next steps for resolutions for support ticket closures.
-
Provide notifications through Service Request tool for updates on tickets until closure.
-
Manage P1 incident notifications and escalations.
