About This Role

We are seeking a Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist to help build a modern analytics framework and deliver executive-ready dashboards. The specialist will be responsible for configuring tracking, establishing dashboards, and enabling attribution and personalization scaffolding in alignment with defined business goals and KPIs.

This role requires hands-on expertise with enterprise analytics platforms, Tableau, and Looker Studio Pro , along with a strong understanding of campaign attribution, marketing pixels, and performance measurement.

What You Will Do?

Analytics Framework

  • Configure analytics properties, data streams, and retention policies.
  • Define and implement custom metrics and dimensions for segmentation and reporting.
  • Establish conversion funnels and tracking for lead generation and engagement.

Tag & Pixel Management

  • Implement event-level tracking for critical user interactions (forms, CTAs, downloads, video views).
  • Integrate third-party marketing and analytics pixels.
  • Ensure consent-aware tagging and structured publishing workflows.

Dashboards & Reporting (Tableau + Looker Studio Pro)

  • Connect analytics data sources into Tableau and Looker Studio Pro.
  • Build real-time dashboards aligned to business KPIs (lead generation, conversion, engagement).
  • Configure branded executive dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Manage roles, permissions, and refresh schedules.
  • Provide training and enablement for teams to self-serve insights.

Attribution & Campaign Tracking

  • Implement UTM governance framework and campaign origin tracking.
  • Develop a content attribution model to measure campaign and asset performance.
  • Support segmentation for remarketing and retargeting based on consent.

Enablement & Personalization

  • Support enablement of personalization through industry-standard tools.
  • Configure A/B testing scaffolding across templates and journeys.
  • Provide documentation for publishing workflows, event taxonomy, and governance.

What Do You Bring?

  • Proven experience implementing event-based analytics tracking in enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in Tableau and Looker Studio Pro (data integration, dashboard design, executive reporting).
  • Hands-on experience with campaign attribution (UTMs, multi-channel reporting, segmentation).
  • Familiarity with consent management and compliance-driven tracking.
  • Ability to work independently with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with ABX or marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, DemandBase, Drift).
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level data retention strategies (e.g., BigQuery, data lakes).
  • Exposure to personalization platforms (Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Adobe Target).
