About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Sales Associate to support our Area Sales Managers in delivering an exceptional home-buying experience from first visit through possession. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, staying organized, and contributing to a high-performing sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting daily sales activities, customer follow-up, lead management, CRM administration, and overall community operations. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Area Sales Manager with daily sales activities and customer interactions
• Welcome and engage prospective homebuyers in the show home and provide a professional first impression
• Assist with customer follow-up, appointment scheduling, and lead management
• Maintain accurate customer records within HubSpot and company systems
• Assist with sales documentation, contracts, amendments, and customer files
• Monitor and respond to website, chat, phone, and email inquiries
• Support community events, grand openings, and promotional activities
• Ensure show homes are presented to Genesis standards at all times
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Design, Construction, and Customer Care teams
• Help create a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the home-buying journey What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have previous experience in new home sales. We will also consider candidates with strong customer-facing sales experience who demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a proven ability to build relationships, strong follow-up habits, and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience. While experience in the home building industry is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, professionalism, and a desire to grow their career with Genesis Builders Group.
